Article 2 (Registration)

1. The user shall be able to use this service after agreeing to these Terms of Use.
2. When the user downloads the service to a smartphone or other information terminal and performs the procedure for agreeing to the terms, a user agreement is established between the user and me in accordance with the provisions of the terms.
3. If you are a minor, please use this service with the consent of a parent or other legal representative.
4. When a minor user uses the Service by falsely saying that he / she has the consent without the consent of a statutory agent, or falsely regarding the age as an adult,When other fraud is used,You cannot revoke any legal acts related to this service.

Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)

Article 5 (Prohibitions)

Users must not do any of the following when using this service:

3. Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights included in this service, such as the contents of this service
4. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of me, other users or other third party servers or networks
5. Commercially using the information obtained by this service
6. Acts that may interfere with the operation of my service
7. Unauthorized access or attempts to do this
8. Act of collecting or accumulating personal information etc. about other users
9. Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of this service or other third parties
10. Acts impersonating other users
11. Advertising, advertising, solicitation, or business activities on the Service that I do not authorize
12. Acts for the purpose of encountering unfamiliar opposite sex
13. Act of directly or indirectly benefiting antisocial forces in connection with my services

Article 7 (Restrictions on use and cancellation of registration)

Article 8 (About advertising)

Article 9 (paid content)

1. For some parts of this service, paid content can be purchased for a fee.The amount of the paid content, payment method and other matters will be separately determined by me and will be displayed on the Service or the Website.

3. Use of paid content is permitted only for the registered information of the user himself.

Article 10 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Disclaimer)

4. I shall not be liable for any transaction, communication or dispute between the user and other users or third parties regarding this service.

Article 11 (Change of service contents, etc.)

I shall be able to change the contents of this service or stop providing this service without notifying the user, and shall not be liable for any damages caused to the user by this.

Article 12 (Termination of Service)

1. I may terminate the Service by notifying the User in an appropriate manner.
2. Upon termination of the Service, the User shall lose all rights to use the Paid Content and agree without prior consent that the Paid Content will no longer be available.
3. If the Service is terminated for any reason, I shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user or third parties caused by the termination.

Article 13 (Change of Terms of Service)

I may change these Terms at any time without notice to the user if deemed necessary.In addition, if you start using this service after this agreement has been changed, the user is deemed to have agreed to the changed agreement.

Article 14 (Handling of personal information)

I will handle personal information obtained by using this service appropriately in accordance with my “Privacy Policy”.

Article 15 (Notification or communication)

Unless the user submits a change notification in accordance with the method specified separately, I will deem that the currently registered contact is valid and will notify or contact the contact, and these are considered to have reached the user at the time of the call.

Article 16 (Prohibition of transfer of rights and obligations)

The user may not transfer his / her status or rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party or provide it as security without my prior written consent.

Article 17 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

1. In interpreting these Terms, the laws of Japan shall be the governing law.
2. If a dispute arises with respect to this service, the court having jurisdiction over my place of residence shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
